In 2017 we were honoured to work with the Queen Mary Hospital in celebation of its 80th Anniversary. We created a Tree of Love in a corner of the hospital in connection with its Organ Donation Programme. This corner will be a quiet place where donor recipients and families can sit and reflect on the love, hope and joy that organ donation brings. We held a workshop where hospital staff and organ donors and recipients painted watercolour butterflies which were mounted onto the tree at the Opening Ceremony on 18th November 2017. A very worthwhite and enjoyable project!
The finished Tree of Love area...a place for quiet reflection.
